Mgtr. Stephany M. Reyes
She is a co-author of the centre's work on coffee, edible mushrooms and mycotoxins. She takes part in the natural-resource valorization projects and in studies of mycotoxins in coffee beans, milk and grains for human consumption. In 2025 she won first prize in SENACYT's FotoCiencia competition, Scientific and Technological Research category, with the photograph "Esporas al viento".
