CIRN maintained and produced edible mushroom species for research and sale, and transferred Pleurotus and shiitake production technology through training. This is recorded in the 2016 institutional product catalogue and in the 2020 CIRN report, and reflects a lasting applied-mycology capability supported by UNACHI.
