Science outreach for secondary-school students that used edible fungi, HPLC and infrared spectroscopy to showcase research in chemistry and natural resources. It took place on 18 February 2025 using CIRN's facilities and equipment, directed by Aracelly Vega, together with UNACHI, SENACYT and MEDUCA.
